This game is provided for free, partly to promote our web site and
partly just to have fun. It's also provided as a general interface
for people who want to write a computer player but don't want to
spend time creating their own interface. For details see open4.txt

Support
=======

If you are experiencing trouble...

1) Try adjusting the hardware acceleration for your video card settings

2) Try running the game without other applications in the background

3) Note that intel 810 graphic chipsets had some driver problems 
with windows 2000. 
If you're using an intel grpahics card ensure that you have the latest
drivers installed for your video card and AGP bus.

4) ATI Cards

From ATI...
DirectX/Direct3D Programs
You may experience problems attempting to run DirectX/Direct3D based
applications if the monitor type is set to "default" or "unknown".  Symptoms
may include, but are not limited to:

  a.. the application exiting to the Windows desktop when run
  b.. poor performance when running the application
  c.. hangs or error messages when running the application
This issue can commonly be resolved by selecting a Windows provided monitor
type which matches the monitor in use.
